the heart of the educational process.<\/p><p>ETC teacher education is designed to help educators understand the principles of ETC and develop the ability to apply them in their own teaching.<\/p><p>The programme begins with the central ETC proposition:<\/p><p><strong>Education must integrate objective knowledge of the world with subjective knowledge of the self.<\/strong><\/p><p>Rather than treating this as a theory to be learned separately from classroom practice, teacher education connects understanding with experience, observation, practice and is on developing the teacher&#8217;s ability to see the <strong>whole learner, the whole lesson and the wider relationships within which learning takes education has been an important part of the development of ETC, alongside its implementation through Isa Viswa Vidyalayam and continuing research into the approach.<\/p><p>Programmes have been conducted for educators in India and introduced internationally through IVPT&#8217;s wider educational engagement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"286beec\" designed according to the needs and context of the participating institution or group.<\/p><p>Formats include:<\/p><p><strong>Residential Programme<\/strong><br \/>An intensive programme combining study, practice, observation and guided experience.
